Remember your loved one on the Tree of Life

"An engraved leaf on our Tree of Life is a beautiful way to remember a loved one" Willen Hospice.

Our only adult hospice in Milton Keynes has supported our end of life community and their loved ones for over 40 years. Willen Hospice are a charity who provide our community with a range of free services which assists terminally ill people and their friends and families. An adult hospice with over 170 staff and 600 volunteers who enable their vital work to continue every day.

Your personalised, engraved leaf on their Tree of Life is a lasting memorial to your loved one. You can create your own beautiful tribute with a personal message and you'll always have a place to remember them. You can dedicate a leaf whether or not you have been supported by Willen Hospice and your donation will help them raise much needed funds to continue to care for local people.

If you are a charity or a community member who has lost a loved one or know someone who has, this is something that we and Willen Hospice are proud to tell you about. As some of you may know, Willen Hospice has a beautiful garden which makes an ideal location for their tree of life, creating a place family and friends can go to remember their loved ones.

Willen Hospice has advised how the tree of life works: " Your choice of engraving can include a name, dates, messages or quotes. You can use the ribbon we provide or choose your own ribbon to personalise it, then hang it with family and friends, when you're ready. We ask for a suggested monthly donation of £10 or a suggested one-off donation of £120 a year. The first £30 will pay for the leaf and the engraving, after that you can change or stop your regular donation at any time. You can have the leaf on the Tree of Life for as long as you wish and we promise we will look after it for you.

Please complete this form or visit www.willen-hospice.org.uk/treeoflife

We will confirm the design and let you know when your leaf is ready. You’re welcome to visit the tree with friends or family whenever you wish to hang it and visit throughout the year."
