Deliver your CSR with The Red Thread Fellowship

'Paying it forward' will always be important and tailored to each business. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is required now more than ever and most employees, go-to information before joining the team, it's something that motivates and attains your employees, creating the best team that delivers the required work because of your positive impacts.

Launched in 2016, The award winning Red Thread Fellowship is a leadership development programme with a real difference! It’s aimed at mid-career managers who aspire to move into senior leadership roles. The programme uses an innovative development methodology, where leaders learn by helping local charities become more sustainable. We launched the Fellowship as we believe the best way to address the challenges of our uncertain and complex world is to help develop leaders who invest in supporting their local community and who can deliver sustainable organisational success. All participants have to give is their time, commitment and energy: in return, they will receive a year-long ILM Accredited leadership development experience with a difference...for FREE!
